How do you explain inequality in the United States?

I feel the reason why some people are rich and others are poor can likely be the complexity of it. Sometimes it can be the access to education, opportunities, social circles, and fever generational wealth can all be a useful tool. For example, tasting that everyone works hard enough and has a fair chance to be rich is a bit much and condescending. Even though hard work is important, it isn’t the only thing that helps you. Systemic inequalities and road bumps can also prevent some individuals from working hard to earn money. Society should help people for equal opportunities and support systems to make sure equal opportunities for all. It will mean creating inclusive education, employment opportunities and a social safety. Nothing having to do with nepotism.
